Georgia’s presence across the NFL was on display once again in Week 4.

Matthew Stafford engineered another fourth-quarter comeback, Brock Bowers found the end zone despite battling an illness, and James Cook continued his strong start to the season.

Several other former Bulldogs made an impact across the league, including Kamari Lassiter on defense and Darnell Washington, who scored his first touchdown of the season.

Here are five former Georgia players who made their presence felt in Week 4 of the NFL season.

Matthew Stafford, QB, Los Angeles Rams

Matthew Stafford delivered when the Rams needed him most.

The former Georgia quarterback completed 32 passes for 317 yards in Los Angeles’ 24-20 comeback victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.

Trailing 20-10 in the fourth quarter, Stafford helped the Rams erase the deficit and rally for the win in the final eight minutes.

The performance added another chapter to Stafford’s impressive start to his 18th NFL season.

At 38, the former No. 1 overall pick continues to show why he remains one of the league’s most dependable veteran quarterbacks.

Brock Bowers, TE, Las Vegas Raiders

Brock Bowers kept making plays for Las Vegas despite battling an illness.

The former Georgia tight end caught six passes for 86 yards and a touchdown in the Raiders’ 30-27 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Bowers led Las Vegas in receiving yards and found the end zone in the fourth quarter, helping keep the Raiders within striking distance.

After missing the first two games of the season, Bowers has wasted little time becoming a focal point of the Raiders’ passing attack.

He last week recorded 116 receiving yards and a touchdown against New Orleans.

James Cook, RB, Buffalo Bills

James Cook continued his impressive start to the season against New England.

The former Georgia running back rushed for 75 yards on 12 carries and scored a touchdown in Buffalo’s 29-26 loss to the Patriots.

Cook averaged 6.3 yards per carry and found the end zone for the third consecutive game.

He has now rushed for 363 yards over his last three games, establishing himself as one of Buffalo’s most consistent offensive weapons.

Cook has been a reliable presence in the backfield and continues to make the most of his opportunities.

Kamari Lassiter, CB, Houston Texans

Kamari Lassiter was one of Houston’s busiest defenders in Week 4.

The former Georgia cornerback recorded eight tackles, including seven solo stops, and broke up two passes in the Texans’ 34-30 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.

Lassiter played all 78 defensive snaps and was heavily involved throughout the contest.

He recorded eight tackles one week after nine stops against Indianapolis.

Lassiter has now totaled 17 tackles over his last two games and continues to establish himself as a key contributor in Houston’s secondary.

Darnell Washington, TE, Pittsburgh Steelers

Darnell Washington found the end zone for the first time this season against Cleveland.

The former Georgia tight end caught three passes, including a 21-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter of Pittsburgh’s 27-24 loss to the Browns.

Washington’s touchdown helped the Steelers remain within striking distance late in the game.

The performance came one week after Washington led Pittsburgh with 67 receiving yards against Cincinnati.

Known for his imposing 6-foot-7 frame and blocking ability, Washington has started to become a more consistent receiving option in Pittsburgh’s offense.
